What if the recipient isn’t home?
Our shipping couriers will deliver your recipient’s package at the specified shipping address even if the recipient isn’t home. Please note: the delivery driver will not require a signature in order to deliver the package and will not knock on the door, ring the doorbell, or contact the recipient upon arrival.
Once the delivery is complete, you'll receive a “Delivered” email notification from us. Please notify your recipient to check for their surprise!
