How can I track my shipment?
We love to track our packages during delivery and know you probably do too! That’s why we provide two ways to track your order from order placement to the time of delivery!
You Can Sign Into Your Farmgirl Flowers Account To View Order Status & Tracking Details
To view the status of your order and any tracking numbers associated with an open order:
- Sign into your Farmgirl Flowers account
- Navigate to the Open Orders tab
- Note both the “Tracking No.” and “Status” columns for the most up-to-date information regarding your order
You Can Also Reference The Order Notification Emails Sent As Your Order Moves Through Fulfillment & Shipping
After you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a series of order notification emails to keep you up to date on the status of your order. Here’s what to expect and what information can be found in each email:
- Order Confirmation – this email is received within a few minutes of order placement. Pssst… be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder just in case it landed there!
- Shipped – this email is sent to you once we’ve printed your shipping label and tracking number. Please note, during peak seasons (February, May, November, and December) we may print your shipping label up to 7 days in advance to allow for box prepping. We do not ship your arrangement this early, but printing in advance allows our fulfillment centers to get ahead during our busier seasons. If you receive a shipping notification days ahead of your selected delivery date, just know your arrangement won’t physically be boxed up and leave our facilities until the day before.
- Out For Delivery – you’ll receive this email once your shipping carrier scans your package in as Out For Delivery.
- Delivered – you’ll receive this email once your shipping carrier scans your package in as Delivered. Please note: we recommend you notify your recipient of their delivery once you receive this email as the delivery driver will not knock on the door, ring the doorbell, or contact the recipient to notify them.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times despite our delivery partner’s projected time for arrival that may be shown on your shipment’s tracking page. This means that we also cannot guarantee delivery dates.
