Why should I purchase Route Package Protection and how does it work?
Basically, we think Route might be the best thing since sliced bread and hope you’ll agree! For customers who have purchased Route Package Protection during checkout, your package is insured from loss, damage, perishability upon arrival, shipping delays, and theft. Given how often errors in shipping occur (and we all know that by now, right?), we highly recommend and really hope you will opt-in to this shipping coverage.
If you experience an issue with your order upon delivery, you can report an issue with your Farmgirl Flowers order to Route directly for assistance:
(1) directly through their mobile app (iOSor Android);
(2) through the email you receive from Route after placing your order;
(3) or by going to claims.route.com.
The Route team is ready to assist you with any questions you may have. Please note: you will be required to provide adequate photo evidence of the issue you’re submitting a claim for. Without photos or other supporting information, your claim may be denied.
For customers who opt-out of Route Package Protection, we are unable to provide any refunds or redeliveries for package loss, damage, shipping delay, or theft.
All sales are final and, unless you’ve purchased Route Package Protection, are not eligible for refunds or redeliveries.
